Here's what that means:
You must reside at an address where the provider brings fibre to your home. To see if you're eligible, follow these steps:
Bell: Click here, then click "Check Availability". Make sure the speed you wish to get is available. For example, if interested in 1.5Gbps speed — please make sure that is offered at your address.
Rogers: Click here and make sure you have the right province selected. Then type in your address and check if the the speed you want is available.

A credit check is required for all home internet services in Canada. If you have any concerns about this, please feel free to call Bell, Rogers or Telus and ask them what they require for a customer to open a residential internet account.
Here's how it works based on the provider you choose:
Keep in mind:
All installations are now self-install.
That means the provider ships the equipment to your home, you plug it in, and follow the setup steps. In most cases, it's very simple and does not require you to be a tech genius, run cables, drill holes, or invite a stranger into your house during dinner.
If your address is eligible for self-install, that will be the default option.
If your address is not eligible for self-install, we will arrange a technician visit at no charge.
Then, we submit the order to the carrier within 1-3 business days. Depending on your province and carrier selections, the carrier will then email or call you to confirm the order.
Important: if your address is self-install eligible, but you insist on a technician visit instead, the provider will charge you for that appointment.
Totally fair to be unsure, but self-install is usually much easier than it sounds.
First, it's important to know self-install is not a special condition of our plans or service. It's now the standard process for all internet providers because most homes already have the required wiring in place.
The provider ships you the equipment, you plug in the modem, and follow the setup instructions. That's usually it.
You do not need to be "good with technology," and you usually do not need to run cables or do anything complicated. You don't even need to watch a YouTube tutorial.
If your address is not eligible for self-install, the provider will send a technician for free.
If your address is eligible but the self-install does not work properly, you can contact the provider for support, and they can usually arrange a technician for free.
A technician fee usually only applies if your address is self-install eligible and you still request a technician from the start.
Bell: Free
Rogers: As of June 30th 2026, Rogers has started charging $29 for equipment delivery. This will be applied on your first bill.
Self-install equipment is shipped to you within 1-3 business days.
For technician installs, we choose the earliest available date for your address. If you have a preference, please text or WhatsApp us your preferred date/time after you have submitted an order.
Sometimes we are able to add an incentive such as bill credits or gift cards from the carrier for switching over! You will see this noted under the pricing as +bill credit or +gift card. If you do not see this, there is no incentive currently available.
Bell: Sometimes we are able to add a gift card, which will be stated clearly in the pricing section. This is a prepaid Visa gift card mailed to you within 60 days after activation. You MUST claim this gift card. To claim the gift card, you will get an email after your order is placed. Please follow the instructions in the email within 24-48 hours to claim your gift card. Once claimed, pay your bills on time for 60 days and you will receive a prepaid Visa gift card in the mail.

Please understand while the gift card is added to your order by us, we are unable to help if you do not receive it due to any reason. This is solely because the gift card incentive program is handled completely by Bell themselves on an automated basis. This means there is no troubleshooting or customer support team on their side to help with issues relating to incentives.
Rogers: Sometimes we are able to add a bill credit, which will be stated clearly in the pricing section. This is a credit on your monthly bill which would be applied automatically on your first or second bill.

Secondly, we have access to flash sales directly from the carriers. These sales are usually only active for 24-48 hours.
